DIGITAL THYRISTOR CONTROLLER

1. All features mentioned in our analogue Thyristor Controller, are also present in Digital Thyristor Controller. But some additional features are mentioned below

2. Input 4-20mA is displayed on Thyristor Controller. So that user comes to know whether Input is present or not. And how much input is coming from PID controller OR DCS

3. If conditions of Thyristor Enable are not satisfied, display shows the message.

4. If all conditions are satisfied and input is minimum 4mA, RUN relay is actuated.

5. Current Limit and Over Current Trip can be adjusted by Key Pad .

6. If fan fails and Temperature of Thyristor exceeds 80Deg, Thyristor stops functioning and display shows the message

CURRENT UNBALANCE DETECTOR

For three phase loads, breaking of one fuse OR one heater is a common phenomenon. But it comes to know only when Temperature is not achieved in desired time. We have developed Current unbalance detector. When Thyristor is used, current is continuously varying. It gives fault signal if current is not balanced at any given time.
